About
Built by analysts, for analysts.
sambhal-labs is a research-driven product studio. We build the tools we'd want as analysts ourselves: forked-mainnet simulation tooling for crypto's financial primitives.
Our wedge is rigor. Bit-exact validation against on-chain truth. Open methodology. Honest tolerance gaps. Real EVM bytecode in the loop, not approximations of it. Today that's 6 EVM chains across 4 protocol adapters — we took the time to do them correctly rather than scattering across 20 chains approximately.
Mayavi is our first product — a forked-mainnet simulation engine covering five buyer types: protocol risk teams, VCs, market makers, treasury managers, and DeFi RL researchers. Each gets a different framing of the same engine.
We're a small team — founder-led, bootstrapped, fundraise concurrent with the first design-partner conversations. The next product picks itself when the wedge is sharp and the customer is named.
What we believe
- Validation rigor is the only real moat in simulation tooling. Numbers that look honest aren't the same as numbers that are honest.
- Open methodology beats closed methodology, even when closed looks more polished. Reviewers and customers can audit our reasoning.
- Self-serve products beat consultancy retainers. Our customers get faster, cheaper answers and we get a tighter product feedback loop.
- Customer signal beats engineering ambition. If a feature doesn't map to a named buyer asking for it, it stays punted.
